Normalize what, the card? If it weren't for the fact that they paid for my school and I signed a contract stating I'd stay another year I'd just quit if it came to that but my hands are tied and I need to do what I need to do so fuck you too.

You could also stop being a pussy and fight for your rights. You're going to have to do that eventually anyway unless you acquiesce.

Also, stop giving money to these organizations.
