I have an entire truckload of logs being delivered tomorrow for the wood stove, a mechanical pump on the well, 2 years worth of food for 5 adults, a full-acre garden going in, 5 years worth of clothes/shoes for my kids to grow into, and enough ammunition to melt every rifle I own.
That's a lot of nice stuff. It'd be a shame if a group of raiding niggers took it.
It would be, wouldn't it. There's some advantage in having a multi-generational family unit involved though. Takes some of the "lone defender" complications out of the equation.
