Hey, it is still showing as being down for me in my primary browser (Waterfox) as well as both of those sites saying it is still down for everyone. However, it is not fully down for everyone as those sites show, but it is instead just a routing and accessibility issue that catbox is aware of and are working on fixing. I finally managed to get the page to load in TOR browser after many different connection attempts and succeeded with a circuit routing through Germany, as well as the Netherlands, at least temporarily. I was also finally able to get it to load in Brave private window with TOR after many different TOR connection attempts (I don't think Brave lets you see what your circuit is), at least temporarily loaded.
