In addition to those sites confirming it is down for everyone, I had also tried with TOR and connecting via multiple locations/IPs to see if it may have been an IP range or region-based blocking. Everything supports it actually being down worldwide and not accessible by anyone. I'll keep checking periodically and post an update if I catch it come back up.
