It's about bringing in more non-white colonists, labor is just an excuse.

[–] 2 pts

Also, as far along as robotics and AI have advanced: they still can't replace a sixteen year-old who knows how to improvise and cut-corners when necessary. Go figure. That's the real problem: computers only follow instructions, to a fault. They simply can't figure shit out, on their own, without a predetermined template. The day we can teach computers how to think autonomously, making decisions based on past experiences to achieve the best results, regardless of hard-wired instructions: is the day I welcome our new overlords.

The problem is when the burger maker 3000 declares war on humanity because we get in the way of its prime directive to make burgers as effectively as possible.

The day we can teach computers how to think autonomously, making decisions based on past experiences to achieve the best results, regardless of hard-wired instructions: is the day I welcome our new overlords.

A little too soon. The day the AI can be more innovative and creative than humans for any given problems will be the day I will welcome the robot overlords. But by then, they’ll have to have the entire laws of the universe in their database anyway.

[–] 0 pt

How's that? Humans don't have all, most, or even many of the laws of the universe in their databases.

Machine employees don't (currently) give you Federal tax benefits.

If you replaced all the useless employees with machines, you would only have the high-productivity Whites left.

There is no way to fill a nigger diversity hire quota with a Baxter robot.

[–] 4 pts

Correct answer, the reason we will never see robots, is because the entire economy would implode and niggers would chimpout. Our entire economy is based at this point on ensuring niggers do NOT chimp out, from the post office to the TSA

Robots can't scrub shit out of a toilet. At least not yet.

I'm assuming you are for a minimum wage increase.

Why? What do you think it will do? Put more money in your pocket? No. Basic 8th grade economics teaches you that. Maybe you didn't go to 8th grade so let me explain it like I would to a small child or a black person.

IN A PERFECT WORLD WHERE EVERYONE IS HONEST AND FAIR, your wages would go up and so would everyone else's equally. Great right? Except all those wages have to be paid, which means all your bills go up the same amount that your wage increased. So you don't make any more money. The companies you pay don't make any more money. The ONLY entity that makes more money is the government, because they tax by dollars made and spent, not by profit margins. So you don't win, nobody else wins, only the government wins by stealing more money.

WE DONT LIVE IN A PERFECT WORLD. So people who make more than minimum wage will NOT get comparable raises, devaluing their skills and our workforce as a whole. Bills whose labor costs DIDNT increase will still increase costs because everyone else is and it gives them an excuse. The government STILL taxes more because you make more money, and all the wealth gets funneled to the people already in power.

So YOU LOSE. THEY LOSE. EVERYONE LOSES. GOOD JOB IDIOT.

So out of curiosity, how do we encourage people to take jobs that are open, but not wanted due to the low pay? There's 3 openings in my store, as people are leaving, what for? Gibs. It's much less money, but they feel their hours aren't worth the minimum wage.

I've had a few CVs and most people only hand them in to keep getting their benefits and then don't show up. I'm not allowed to increase the pay, but nobody wants it. Thank god my staff are happy with me and will take the overtime, but I'm giving them a bonus out of pocket. (20 each so not a lot).

Limiting and lowering unemployment.

[–] 0 pt

You stop all welfare, all unemployment, all government healthcare. When the lazy start getting hungry, they'll be less lazy.

[–] 0 pt

Or get very very violent because they have nothing left to lose and of course it's likely to be political suicide for them.

[–] 0 pt

Solution : Work for min.wage.collect all the Govt. subsides you can.

[–] 0 pt

Work for a job that pays you what you can afford to live on and stop living beyond your means. Don't want to work for minimum wage? Do a harder job or a job that requires a talent skill or education. They are begging for plumber apprentices, ac apprentices, gas techs, electrician helpers, no experience or school needed 13-15 an hour to start all over this area. If you can't find a job that pays more than 7 bucks an hour then you need to work that job until you can. But you can.

Why hasn't a major shift in the workforce happened over night? CHECKMATE CUCKSERVATIVES!

You really are retarded.

[–] [deleted] 2 pts

Because a robot can’t put floors down. Yet.

[–] 0 pt

A lot of my work is tiling showers. There might be a robot for it in 20 years, but no time soon.

[–] 0 pt

Really? I got a bit of tile work I need done.

[–] 2 pts

Because they don't keep an army of machine workers in a warehouse waiting for the week Min Wage is raised to release. It takes time to build and program them for the jobs they need to replace.

[–] 1 pt

Because those robots are probably still to expensive to completely unleash or perhaps they cant do EVERYTHING yet

[–] 1 pt

Fucking machines, lol. Not reliable. Break down a lot. Gonna have to hire a full time engineer to keep them running. Will end up costing more than human counterparts.

Machines are still decades away from being reliable enough to take over most non manufacturing jobs.

[–] 0 pt

You are a full fledged retard. The auto industry moved to automation and is 80% of the build now.

Mass production/ automation will be this way in every field in less than 20 years. The 20% remaining will be in upkeep and security

[–] 0 pt

Auto industry has over 100 years of automation R&D behind it. Burger flippers have 5.

You’re wrong.

[–] 0 pt

The auto industry has over 100 pieces per vehicle that need welds done. (it's ALL robotic now). Burger flipping is routine and mundane. Niggers and spics even fuck up the simplest of tasks. They already are partially there (robots successfully cook , flip ,and put onto a bun. When the packaging and delivery robots are perfected it'll be 100% automated.

The only things needed will be maintenance (for now) and security (again, for now)

The meaningless have no future in most "hospitality" areas. None.

[–] 1 pt

Why are they importing millions of illiterate central american s if unskilled labor is about to be replaced by AI?

[–] 1 pt

Lol you think automation isn't coming?
