Someone put up a percentage meme the other day. 1% control the country. 4% work for the 1%. 5% know what's going on and 90% are asleep.. The 1% use the 4% to keep the 5% from waking up the 90%

Add up journalist, FBI, most teachers, most professors, most gov employees, ... maybe others and you'll get your "4%"
