After some more math related to land area of the contiguous states and DC only (excluding water surface area) and census data for the contiguous states and DC only (excluding Alaska as it is huge and way the hell up north and Hawai'i is in the ocean), a value of ~15,333,750 awake individuals instead of 16.5mil would be about 5.18 awake people per square mile.

Of course much of the land is uninhabited and population density is higher in and near cities and the coastlines. Also, ideologies, values and demographics vary depending on location. The number of awake individuals within a square mile of any individual may be fewer or more numerous.

I think a range of 3 to 7 awake individuals (including oneself) being within each square mile of every populated area of the contiguous states + DC seems reasonable.

To comment generally now and not specifically in reply to you:

It would seem that, for anyone reading this who is in the US contiguous states or DC, right this very moment there could be more or less half a dozen other people like you who are awake to what's actually going on within a square mile of where you are.

I think a lack of numbers is not our issue - organization, or even a willingness to talk to others in our own areas, is. Electricity, food, water and fuel are still (mostly) readily accessible to everyone, so things are still "good". However, many will not make even the slightest bit of effort at all until things are not so good and they start to lose access to a few conveniences for an extended period of time, let alone access to necessities.

At least take the time to make minor efforts toward organization before being forced to.

Start small: Scouting for the other awake individuals that are in your area (no contact is even required, just a leisurely Sunday drive)

• Plot out how large a square mile is with your home at the center (online tools and maps are available).
• Estimate how many homes are within this square mile.
• Getting to know your neighbors does not require even trying to talk to them, at first. Just go for a drive and do just a single pass down the roads within a square mile of your home to check out the other homes in your area and make mental notes about them (trashed yards, junker cars on their property, is there an American flag displayed outside while it is not a national holiday that would "require" it, any niggers hanging around or nigger-looking vehicles in the driveways, are they elderly and outside gardening, are there any dogs on their property and whether they are yippy/foofoo dogs or are they dogs that might be more for security or hunting, etc.)
• If you saw any of them home and outdoors (or getting out of/into their vehicle), were they wearing a muzzle? If they're wearing one while at their own home or even in their car while alone then they're likely not one of the awake individuals in your area then.
• Mentally note which homes you think likely do or do not fit with what you imagine an awake person's home and premises to resemble.
• Also remember that it is unlikely that only a single person is living in each of these homes and the awake individual might be one resident who lives with 2-4 sheep (or worse, lives with one of their enemy). All of the awake individuals within a square mile of you might even all reside at one residence also, so keep that in mind.
• Depending on how rural the area you live is, also take note of the vehicles that are in the parking lot at the local stores when you go to shop. If you recognize any of the vehicles from your scan of your neighborhood, perhaps one of your neighbors is inside buying groceries as well. As you likely already do not wear a muzzle when you shop, see if they are also not wearing a muzzle. This would be a good sign they are one of the awake in your area, or at least not entirely a sheep. Perhaps wait in your car until they come out to verify the driver of it is without a muzzle, or if their car is still there when you go to leave after shopping then take your time putting your groceries in and hang out and listen to music in the car for a few minutes (if no perishables purchased). If they never come out, it's possible that they are an employee at the store which can make getting to the stage of initiating talking to them a lot easier especially if they don't have any issue with you shopping without a muzzle.

That's a start, at least. Get to know your neighborhood if you don't already and just pay attention to other people who live within a square mile of you and get an impression of their residences and them if possible.

Yeah, a lot of words and descriptive ideas, but everyone should already have most of this information about their neighbors anyway for personal safety and being aware of those who live near to you. If you don't already have this information about others living within a square mile, starting to think this way is at least a step toward getting to know others in your immediate area who are awake.

Much of the time it may not be ideal (yet) to just state openly in a store or at a neighbor's door "I'm not a sheep and I know what's really going on, is anyone else here also not a sheep?" That time may come soon, but for now it is at least a good idea to "take inventory" of others in your area to know whether they seem like they could be allies, or if they are neutral or even foes. Actually making contact with potential allies is another step that can be worked toward after at least this much is done.
