I live rural too. I would support my local businesses if they offered shit I want at reasonable prices, with decent service. Went to a plant nursery the other day, the cow behind the desk was chatting with her buddy for ten fuckin minutes before she deigned to look at me and casually ask what I wanted. I said 'I wanna go to Home Depot', and did so, bought my plants there with zero holdup. Just one example. Buying online is simply easier.
