First use a VPN, Zurich should work. Second don’t use a mobile device with a SIM card as the mobile app is checking location via mobile carrier now. Next, create a new account entirely, then withdraw your coin from the old to the new account using BNB. Finally exit entirely via the new account, ideally using some cheap to transfer coin (depending on where you’re sending it to and why.)
But a new account is asking for Government ID front and back plus a photo ...
I sort of tried this already ...
E: Because my desktop camera sucks, I even scanned my driver's license in, make it larger, took a photo of my computer screen, and it caught that it was a digital image. Sigh.
E2: Then the biometric part of scanning your face was creepy.
Make another account on a different exchange and then transfer the money to that one. If it's dollars you might need to convert it into something else first.
There is a binance sub on Reddit where you can get better guidance.

E: Like an idiot, I was paranoid about even my local computer being hacked, and so I wrote the password down on a piece of paper. Then I moved. I will find that fucking piece of paper! Ha ha! Haha! ... sigh.

wait you talking about creating a binance US account or just getting your coin out of a binance traditional account?
A traditional account from a long time ago. I assumed with making an account on binance.us, I would be able to transfer my ... everything out. Binance.us is giving me problems making an account. All I want is my money out of binance period.
So, both really. Making an account on binance.us with the goal of getting all my money out of binance traditional.
