Eg. - Problem: oh no, two airplanes pulverised three buildings in NY. - Reaction: Plx give revenge and security. - Solution: Invade Afghanistan, seize control of world's largest opium supply.

Reaction: find man to shoot up mosque

Solution: declare reserved for approved applicants
