It's officially driving me mad. Had to be a clip from a movie. It definitely wasn't television.
It was on television when I saw it. I remember watching it with my brother on tv one late saturday morning. I don't know if it was a made for TV movie or a theater movie that was being shown on television. I do know it was not a recurring show, it was a movie.
