Do you know how very few are debt-free? only 10% of Americans can afford a 5000 dollar repair bill out of pocket. We need to save more, buy less and drop China as a trading partner.

Agree I'm not there I have jew banker debt in the form of mortgages but if I sell I will have cash to buy land with a well and put in solar
