Go to the baby medicine section of your drug store and look for a product called Zarbees. The one for cold and cough. Take 2 teaspoons. Wait 5 minutes and all that junk in your nose and throat will start thinning out.
I just went through my yearly allergies last week. I usually get a sinus infection that travels down my throat and turns to bronchitis. Massively inconvenient. This stuff worked better than nasal spray and benadryl combined. And its all natural.
