Citric acid is amazing for use in the dishwasher. It removes the white haze from hard water. When I had a dishwasher, I ran citric acid in the main detergent spot, and detergent in the precycle cup. Also run a cup or so to begin with and run a few cycles before doing all this and it will get it clean as new.

Hmm. Maybe if you juiced many lemons then removed the water. Even just a shallow plate over boiling water to dehydrate it.
