Except for California, and maybe New York City, there is not a school in this country that requires vaccines.
California has several lawsuits filed. And that's for FDA approved vaccines.

No. Every state says they require them, but offer waivers and exemptions for anyone who qualifies.
Every state but California, who removed their exemptions a few years back, lawsuits in the pipe to fight it.
That does not make it a non-requirement just because medical and religious exemptions are offered. This can easily be extended to the workplace.
