My work mandated the shot for me today. Everyone else at work has been asked to get it. I have not been there long. Today I was asked to give my two weeks.

I have worked there for less than three months. According to our employment law I am not required to be given any compensation.

Its a small public company, not a large corporation.

I have not submitted anything in writing.

I was not verbatim asked to give my two weeks.

International travel is required.

Except for California, and maybe New York City, there is not a school in this country that requires vaccines.

California has several lawsuits filed. And that's for FDA approved vaccines.

Actually, my info is old, all 50 states require them. Which ones vary, but they all do.

No. Every state says they require them, but offer waivers and exemptions for anyone who qualifies.

Every state but California, who removed their exemptions a few years back, lawsuits in the pipe to fight it.

That does not make it a non-requirement just because medical and religious exemptions are offered. This can easily be extended to the workplace.
