Maybe, I'm too skeptical but I really don't think any states would've been able to pass constitutional carry without "their" blessing.

What are the potential negatives for gun rights? Was other language included? Are they counting on more mj legalization to conflict with carrying people to label them as traffickers? Attempt to remove states permitting process so that when they stage some mass shooting they try to implement a highly restrictive federal permit??

I feel like something is being overlooked.

Contrary to the gallery, we do have power. Appeasement is still important. Apparently, while many people are controlled (blackmail and extortion), many still want to do the right thing. This and more create many conflicting actions pushing forward the notion than no one is controlled. See, x happened. Which blurs lines.

Afaik, this is passing in states which are red strongholds. So they are not really losing anything. On top of this, it opens the door for a bad shooting which they can leverage for their propaganda machine.
