wtf, states are trying to enforce that? Fuck that. At least that shit hasn't made it here.
The state of Victoria in Australia enforces contact tracing. In fact they have made it mandatory for all businesses to have QR codes.
I visited a coin shop recently and had to sign a registry - I was only in there for about 10 or so minutes. Victoria is the down under California. Everyone here is insane.
