Wondering how to get the shittacular white trash drug-dealing neighbors across the street to move out or otherwise go away(?).... asking for a friend.

Another neighbor has already called the cops on them many times, he put cameras up on his house and caught them on video ripping said cameras off, gave the cops the evidence, and yet they are still there-- even though "good" neighbor now sold his house and moved away!

Cut off their fucking electric and water. Fuck with them. Damn cops won't do shit, then take command of your neighborhood. I would be fun to cut the lights during one of their parties. Cars get flats too at 2am.
