Wondering how to get the shittacular white trash drug-dealing neighbors across the street to move out or otherwise go away(?).... asking for a friend.

Another neighbor has already called the cops on them many times, he put cameras up on his house and caught them on video ripping said cameras off, gave the cops the evidence, and yet they are still there-- even though "good" neighbor now sold his house and moved away!

Get someone to drop an anonymous call that they have a meth lab. Guy I know did this by calling the fire department and said, "I smell chemicals." It was shut down asap.

You could try to make friends? Are they selling hard drugs? What about the situation exactly is bothersome?
If you're a yard working kind of guy, maybe offer to trim up front yard, or invite them for.a BBq?

Civilized people have cultural and inherent moral codes already. You don't need specific laws to know what is right and what is wrong. Niggers and sand niggers need strict laws involving violence or they turn to anarchy. Nowadays many of the laws are unjust and should be violently resisted, like hate-speech, no right to boycott Israel, gun confiscation etc. Even drugs should be legal in some context, like self-medicating with whatever you want should be legal but selling drugs to children should be a death sentence.

If they were caught on camera multiple times doing illegal things and have not been prosecuted complain to the police chief, if he does nothing complain to the mayor(his boss) if he does nothing befriend someone in the local media and have them write about the corruption in the police.

If they are renting, look up the home owner and send them via a certified letter an explanation of what is occurring and notification that they will be legally liable for ANYthing they cause if they don't evict them. If the shitfucks happen to own the house very unlikely), then I'll let you figure that out.

We had a drug house start up near our house when the kids were little. I called the city cops, they were "muh, nuffin we can do duhhh". I was pissed, mulling over doing some shotgun action. Instead, I called the county sheriff and they said: "Thanks for letting us know, we'll show up randomly and knock on the door, You'll likely hear the toilet flushing the drugs and if they do open up we'll have a quiet conversation and let them know that we are receiving complaints from multiple neighbors that there may be drug activity here, etc etc".

There was about 3 knock and talks like that and the fuckheads and their customers that showed up every 10-15 min of all hours (they were not kind people) moved out. They just didn't want that kind of attention.
