They're too stupid to realize:

  1. The property values can't increase. They're low because of all the niggers, not because the place is a dump;
  2. Even if the property values could increase, so too would their property taxes. They'd price themselves out of their own neighborhood.

Everything the so called government does is a taxpayer scam. Seriously, I can't remember far enough back when we had a functioning government that actually considered taxpayers as anything other than a golden goose.
