Thus, there will be an increased need to defend oneself, or die, but either way, the state wins because if a white does successfully fend of an attacker then they can simply be placed in a vacant cell for ‘hate crimes.’

This is obviously conjecture on my part. What are your thoughts?

The purpose is the same it's always been everywhere communism has been implemented.

Propping up the mediocre, the dysgenic and the low IQ vermin so as to make them completely loyal to the system who gave them everything and without which they are nothing, which will make them fight all the harder to protect it. They are creating an enforcer class for the commie takeover, simple as. This is nothing new under the sun, it's communism 101. We just happen to be the 21st century kulaks.
