That sub and many other subs were owned by one user. That user deleted their account earlier today.
It is possible that all of the subs they owned were automatically disabled when they deleted their account until they receive new owners, though that is unlikely. More likely is that they intentionally disabled all of them manually prior to deleting their account.
The owner of those disabled subs was , I believe, who deleted earlier today.
