Did you even try? Search “vaccine card PDF”. Lazy bastard. It’s not fake. It’s the official CDC card. The shit you scribble in will be fake. You’ll undoubtedly fuck it up.

Almost impossible. There is no standard way to fill them out. The one I saw only had lot numbers listed, no specific identifier.

agree. But people are just copying the same shit they see posted on social media. There is a list of every lot number in use with expectation dates. Also, to make it totally legit there are other steps to take. No way it should be discussed here.

Wouldn't want to be encouraging forgery here. We're just commenting on how informally they've handled the cards. Their main goal just seems to be the usual with vaccines, to document lots etc. in case the person has issues etc. They didn't have vaccine passports in mind when they designed the cards.

And once you get a genuine card, Office Depot/Max or Staples will make a nice official copy and laminate that. But don't bring a fake card in, that would be dishonest.
