They're playing with the numbers. Two of the vaccines required multiple injections. So you can safely divide by 1.5-2.0, giving you about 50-60 percent of the country being "innoculated": all liberals and nonwhites.

my take is that this number is wrong though, empirical evidence in my liberal city shows less than 50% get it. however itll serve as proof that "it works" when no one gets infected during the summer (cuz its the summer..)

You need more than 1 for actual vaccines because when you subject your body to something, it reacts, but only holds the information for x amount of time. By stacking shots you piss your body off to the point it primes antibodies for longer.
But yeh with this you probably need more than 1 because your body is actively fighting AGAINST the shit it makes you create, so you have to saturate your body long enough for it to "work" before your own immune system destroys it.

Yeah I actually think its possible. I mean, we can't really trust proven liars, but its at least possible. Most of my actual community of people I like and choose to spend time with are refusing it, would never get it etc but the insane lefties I work with all got it immediately, like almost 100% of people at my company were clamoring to get it. If 40% of the country got 2 doses, then that doesn't seem that far fetched
