carbs humans use when we think hard or do cardio; wouldnt be a good idea to take them out or take in too many like with a vegitarian diet. with vegitarian diets trying to take in adequate & properly diverse proteins causes extra carbs and phytochemicals that are not becoming of health.
all meat diet also is dumb. and making a living by selling meat encumbers enlightenment because it is not in accord with 'right livlihood'(btw)
the best idea is for the person to stand back and review all the foods that are available to them and then pick what best suits them for that moment/day. thats why im making a mexican style pizza.
The ice age turned humans into hunters. After it ended, the Agricultural Revolution occurred, about 10,000 to 15,000 years ago. Human cranial volume has been in decline ever since. Further evidence that humans need a primarily meat based diet is the rapid increase in average European height in the decades following WWII.

you cant sustain lots of thinking andtraveling on meat alone and to constantly hunt has other incumbrances in higher forms of civility.
I don't know what you're talking about, dude. Hunting connects you to the circle of life. To randomly kill things without thinking about it maybe wears you down, sure. But to have respect for what you're doing, and know that it's necessary, isn't a bad thing. And in fact, can teach you a heck-of-a-lot about life, if you let it.
