Other than feeling tired after the second shot, they are having no side effects. I actually thought it would be helpful if some of them had adverse side effects because it might prompt the corporation to give pause to the idea of requiring vaccinations. The vaccine they got is the Pfizer vaccine.

There are many things to help with it, however it becomes overwhelming because so much of our environment is full of the toxins that overburden our systems.

Truthfully the very best thing that you or any of us can do, with or without the "mutation", is to move where there is clean air, clean water, and stop buying modern things. No more plastics, metals other than cast iron or stainless steel and even that preferably really old things that were made here in the US, because how can you trust anything from China is what it says it is? Use glass/stainless steel instead of plastic for food storage and dishes. Stop using things that have dyes, are created from man made materials instead of natural things like cotton, linen, wool, hemp. Butcher your own meat and harvest your own heritage vegetables and fruits. Make your own home made detergents, soaps, shampoos. All of it has insane amounts of chemicals known to be detrimental to humans, not even including the actual plastics inside of them. And you are in contact with it 24 hours a day through clothing and sheets.

B complex and magnesium are very helpful with increasing the methylation pathways. But it needs to be the right kind of b complex or it makes things worse. Also be careful with the magnesium, different people tolerate the different forms in drastically different ways. You have to experiment. Search for "methylation support" and you'll get lots of suggestions.

I have found that diet is a better enhancer than supplementation, you'll read reviews from people where the supplements were like a switch being thrown and they're so much better. I was never one of those. Water fasting is extremely helpful with cleaning out the system. Learn about autophagy and how your body cleans out the "junk" when you fast. Iirc, when you're eating day to day, 80% of your energy goes to processing your food. I try to do a minimum of two week water fast every spring, I've missed mine this year due to prepping a house to sell and will have to suffer it during the summer (I prefer cold weather fasting as I tend to put off insane amounts of heat when I fast). Fasting is hands down the best way to crank up your body's ability to deal with toxins in your environment if you can't get away from them. You can start small, like eat an early dinner, go to bed early and sleep in the next day, and let yourself be busy until you wish to eat. It's easy to get an 18 hour fast in like that. Even doing that once a week would increase your body's ability to deal with things.

By the way, it's worth mentioning that I don't think it's a "mutation." Being sensitive to poisons seems like a normal thing to me. Not being sensitive to them, on the other hand, is bizarre. I can't handle most chemical fragrances, so I've avoided them my entire life. Meanwhile, lots of people slather that toxic stuff all over them in various forms: shower wash, shampoo, perfume/cologne, room sprays, candles, etc. Just imagine what that does to the body when they're known carcinogens and endocrine disruptors. How about IQ impacts, birth defects. Same thing goes with public water. It gives me migraines. My body is telling me it's toxic.

Anyway good luck.

Thank you so much for the reply.

Ya, I just call it a "mutation" as that is how I've seen it referred.

I will take all the advice you've given.

Thanks again.
