I only get access to the Netherlands and Japan with my free version of ProtonVPN. Neither worked.
I fire up psiphon3. Its free as well. I'm not entirely sure why it would work unless there is some sort of geotagging that affects certain vids in certain countries. I don't know any technical aspects about bitchute but I heard they have had to compromise their content and possibly their service to kowtow to (((certain parties))).
