The governmetn has made it very difficult to move USD to crypto in the United States.

One option is to find a means of purchasing something like Bitcoin Cash with bank transfer, zelle, venmo, paypal, etc. Then convert it to a cryto of your choice.

It's rather pointless to buy bitcoin directly. Not only is it regulated out the ass, but it'll cost you $20-30 just to trnsfer your shitty coins.

It can be sketchy (don't send money until they've put coins in escrow), but something like https://local.bitcoin.com/ is a decent option. Buy BCH, use something like shapeshift (easy via Atomic Wallet) to convert it to other coins.

The reason a bank transfer is still anonymous is because there's nothing tying the bank transfer to the crypto transaction. Hence, it just looks like you sent some monies to a friend.

Also if you know where to look and what to look for you can find people that will meet up irl to get rid of coins.

I found a guy I can buy in person with cash. I then put that in a no KYC exchanger then buy crypto to put in a high yield account usually on the defi platform. Basically how to print cash without capital gains tax

Mask and sunglasses, bitcoin atm, burner phone, tor wallet, vpn, gpg encryption.

Buy the merchandise off of reputable vendors or use escrow options. Have a secure mailbox or a PO box. Don't trust anybody else.

That's actually one of the coins I'm trying to buy. But buying ARR is even harder than buying BTC because you have to buy BTC and then convert it into ARR.

I think you do actually because they can still tell money left your account to buy Bitcoin and then they can tell that it left that account to buy privacy coin so they know something's going on I wouldn't trust it at all.

It's a pain in the ass. You'll want to pay cash or trade something for BTC and have it sent to a wallet that cannot be traced to you. Never use this wallet on an exchange or any other service that has your personal information. Solicit local crypto holders online via Craigslist or Facebook (fake profile obviously) to find locals with BTC and ETH to buy. Meet publicly, sit and wait 10 min for the transaction to clear. I hope you live near a large metro area so there are some hodlers close by.

I've never used one, but I thought Bitcoin ATMs were anonymous. There's not a ton of them, but there are some at the mall now where I used to live.

I'm also not exactly sure how they work, but I assume you insert cash and type in a wallet address to send it to, but I really have no idea. Wear a mask and hat (the only justifiable reason to wear a mask) to hide from the cameras.

Otherwise they want your phone and ID.

The short answer is yes, it is still anonymous if done properly.

However, you have to do all the transacting manually and not through third party systems like Coinbase.

Once you've manually created your wallet, you then have to find someone else to manually transact where there is a position of mutual trust; like an escrow account.

The question, then, becomes how to buy something anonymously and receive the goods anonymously.

Point being, while possible, true anonymity is not easily achieved for normies.

Yea Bitcoin ATMs are often broken and not working. But they are a good way of buying BTC. Alternatively you can use a Bitcoin exchange like coinbase and then transfer it to a seperate BTC wallet app.

You would have to establish a wallet over a vpn, and make sure it is from a clean pc.

Then you would have to pay cash to someone anonymously in person.
