You used to be able to trade amazon gift cards for btc on localbitcoins. I guess they removed that option.

Can I please buy BTC without it being traced back to me. None of your damn business why.

The governmetn has made it very difficult to move USD to crypto in the United States.

One option is to find a means of purchasing something like Bitcoin Cash with bank transfer, zelle, venmo, paypal, etc. Then convert it to a cryto of your choice.

It's rather pointless to buy bitcoin directly. Not only is it regulated out the ass, but it'll cost you $20-30 just to trnsfer your shitty coins.

It can be sketchy (don't send money until they've put coins in escrow), but something like https://local.bitcoin.com/ is a decent option. Buy BCH, use something like shapeshift (easy via Atomic Wallet) to convert it to other coins.

The reason a bank transfer is still anonymous is because there's nothing tying the bank transfer to the crypto transaction. Hence, it just looks like you sent some monies to a friend.

That isn't too say that I think bitcoin is good or okay. It's not. It's CIA and was written about decades ago.

https://localmonero.co/ if you want to be anonymous. They even have a non js version of the site if you are really paranoid. The only truely private crypto around.

Also if you know where to look and what to look for you can find people that will meet up irl to get rid of coins.

Excellent. Thank you for this

I found a guy I can buy in person with cash. I then put that in a no KYC exchanger then buy crypto to put in a high yield account usually on the defi platform. Basically how to print cash without capital gains tax

Mask and sunglasses, bitcoin atm, burner phone, tor wallet, vpn, gpg encryption.

Buy the merchandise off of reputable vendors or use escrow options. Have a secure mailbox or a PO box. Don't trust anybody else.

That's actually one of the coins I'm trying to buy. But buying ARR is even harder than buying BTC because you have to buy BTC and then convert it into ARR.

You don't need to worry if you are converting your bitcoin into a privacy coin

[–] 1 pt

I think you do actually because they can still tell money left your account to buy Bitcoin and then they can tell that it left that account to buy privacy coin so they know something's going on I wouldn't trust it at all.

Exchanges licensed to operate in usa track 3 tx+ in or out of their exchange.

It's a pain in the ass. You'll want to pay cash or trade something for BTC and have it sent to a wallet that cannot be traced to you. Never use this wallet on an exchange or any other service that has your personal information. Solicit local crypto holders online via Craigslist or Facebook (fake profile obviously) to find locals with BTC and ETH to buy. Meet publicly, sit and wait 10 min for the transaction to clear. I hope you live near a large metro area so there are some hodlers close by.

I've never used one, but I thought Bitcoin ATMs were anonymous. There's not a ton of them, but there are some at the mall now where I used to live.

I'm also not exactly sure how they work, but I assume you insert cash and type in a wallet address to send it to, but I really have no idea. Wear a mask and hat (the only justifiable reason to wear a mask) to hide from the cameras.

I just asked Google and Google said they are. I might actually have to start wearing a mask because I'm sure they take your picture.

Downside is they take a hefty commission.

I just asked Google and Google said they are

oh boy. If you take Google at its word, you've got far bigger security issues than buying btc anonymously.

For nigger small amounts you can use a BTM.

Otherwise they want your phone and ID.

And the tx fee is stupid when buying nigger small amounts.

Localcryptos.com

You can still buy with cash face to face with ads on this site.

Bisq (mac, win, linux, but use linux), Agordesk (web clear or dark), LocalCryptos (web clear), Mycelium (android)

And get a privacy coin.

XMR, or ARRR fees are low, hard to track.

Not sure if chain analysis or cypher trace were able to meet the IRS reward requirements. But one of them was able to figure out a transaction goes from what wallet to what other wallet. So one time use on your xmr wallets. If you have an old wallet, make a new one, transfer over and stop using the old one, updates are every 6 months.

Coinjoin or whirlpool are the only safe mixers anythi g else is likely a scam, or it'll work for small "test" amounts, but say good buy to any large tx- selective scam.

I thought that is why they were for, but no. Mr. Taxman has already cornered that avenue of escape.

I have heard of bitcoin "washing" sites but I don't know how well they actually work.

It anonymizes by taking it in from one wallet, combining it with bitcoins from other accounts, and then returns it to another wallet you control.

so it is known what addresses paid in and paid out of the pool.

If you wanted to hire a hitman the state would know that you bought that $10k of BTC, and they would see that $10k of BTC go into a pool. They would see the hitman paid out of that pool (maybe with another hop). So the paper trail would have a break in it, but could kind of get tied to you.

You need to do face to face with someone you don't know, maybe with a 3rd party to escrow, that's really the only way.

Only use coinjoin or whirlpool.

So wasabiwallet (computer) or samurai (android)

It's programed in you get paid.

All others you give up your coins and open yourself up to not getting anything back.

[–] 0 pt

They don't they just mix it up you can programmatically reassemble everything. That's why privacy coins are more appealing because with Bitcoin there's zero privacy everything you buy gets traced directly back to you because the computer can piece it together.

Walletexplorer for an example.
