Trump got famous by his daddy loaning him a lot of money, then he joined the Jet Set and eventually got into show biz and politics.
'No-talent' entertainers are almost always good-looking, and have financial backing. Try becoming a successful entertainer on your own, with average or homely looks. Good luck.
Charisma comes from a variety of sources and is considered a sort of X-factor that inspires people to look up to those that have it. If it was just physical attractiveness then vapid thots would be considered charismatic but mostly people tolerate them cos they wanna pork it, they don't look up to them unless it is in the cow girl position
No ugly dude working at the gas station was ever called 'charismatic'.
