You really need to focus on what it is emotionally, spiritually, socially, whatever, attractive about your wife rather than physical beauty. As others have said, it is a bit shallow to focus solely on physical beauty, but I do understand that it is difficult to watch the beauty fade.
stop looking at porn, stop looking at all the bikini ads and other half-naked 20-somethings on the internet. consuming that garbage will only drive you into a more unhappy state, and give you unrealistic expectations for your wife. turn off the tv, turn off the computer. go play cards or a board game with your wife and develop your relationship based on something other than physical beauty.
