When I feel like that I exercise. I'm in a lot better shape than I was pre-jewflu.
Plus you'll be able to defend yourself a lil better when your anger does get you in hot water!
If you can pull off the early AM wake-up, heavy lifting in the mornings before breakfast really spikes endorphins and will last most of the day.
Also since if you fasted since dinner the night before your caloric burn is huge and you'll get ripped faster that eating preworkout.
If your doing this since that quick energy is not in your stomach but your livers fat coating will burn like mad then you'll clean any waste that is in that fat to sweat it out. So your workout idea is the best way to workout.

It also brings the hormones that make you feel happy when you push it. The healthier you are the more connected you are to god unless you become vain or mean to others then you connection worsens and others see it. Most people think it's your expression but I believe we give off a loving glow which some call and aura. It's like walking down the street and knowing the person you approaching who doesn't seem dressed wrong or having an expression that is nice but you feel it what I call that gut feeling that you know that person is not right and to stay clear even though the seem harmless you know there is danger in that direction. Your good outward glow gets stronger with stronger body and belief.
