I control my anger just fine, it's the rest of you FUCKTARDS THAT DO A HORRIBLE JOB OFCONTROLLINGMYANGER!!!
not watching any tv helps....especially news
I second this. I stopped watching tv all together in November. I still have some anger issues but it was definitely beneficial to stop watching tv. Especially the news. Just hearing the msm propaganda by accident is enough to make my gears grind.
I did two or three sessions of hypnosis two years ago. It helped me but I should go back to do a couple more because it seems like the results don't last for ever
You can watch some TV but watch stuff that was before the 9/11 incident or Iraq war. Just pick well and it won't be that bad.
Isochronic tones with subliminal messaging. Search the web you’ll find lots of results.
Make sure to wash your own brain or somebody else will!
TV? Can't watch lying liars lie.
is hypnosis a good idea? you might be doing glownigger things and dont realise it.
I was skeptical too. I even saw another hypnotist previously and his mambo-jambo didn't do anything for me. About a year later I met a woman who's a clinical psychologist and she told me she was a hypno-therapist too. I took an appointment at her cabinet and this time it worked for me. Something clicked and for a while I felt much calmer. Now almost two years later I feel like I should get another appointment as my anger is making its come back
I always get mad and scream when i watch the news. I dont know how people do it and stay sane. Thats how i realize people IQ are just so low...
When I feel like that I exercise. I'm in a lot better shape than I was pre-jewflu.
Plus you'll be able to defend yourself a lil better when your anger does get you in hot water!
If you can pull off the early AM wake-up, heavy lifting in the mornings before breakfast really spikes endorphins and will last most of the day.
Also since if you fasted since dinner the night before your caloric burn is huge and you'll get ripped faster that eating preworkout.
If your doing this since that quick energy is not in your stomach but your livers fat coating will burn like mad then you'll clean any waste that is in that fat to sweat it out. So your workout idea is the best way to workout.
Ah, good info. I was always ambivalent about whether to eat before or after a workout.
It also brings the hormones that make you feel happy when you push it. The healthier you are the more connected you are to god unless you become vain or mean to others then you connection worsens and others see it. Most people think it's your expression but I believe we give off a loving glow which some call and aura. It's like walking down the street and knowing the person you approaching who doesn't seem dressed wrong or having an expression that is nice but you feel it what I call that gut feeling that you know that person is not right and to stay clear even though the seem harmless you know there is danger in that direction. Your good outward glow gets stronger with stronger body and belief.
Sit and breathe.
Exercise.
Get some stoicism in your life.

In the end, you either run your emotions or your emotions run you.
ya go for a run. your chemicals are in a imbalance.
try limiting everything you eat that might touch plastic... the estrogen is terrible
Estrogen is made from excess testosterone and the thing that does it is blocked when you use ,Grape Seed Extract, "look it up" even have it in some Walmarts or drugstores..
Just make sure you shower since after a run or workout the sweat in your hair has a testosterone byproduct that chokes of the hair follicle making you go bald. That is why bald men have shiny heads, the chemical that dries there causes the skin to be like scar tissue and also chokes off the hair pores.
Don't use a fancy shampoo or conditioner but instead use a clarifying shampoo and it strips the scalp of all chemicals and that byproduct.
Use that maybe twice a week and use even DAWN dish soap. You can use the fancy shampoos for a date or night out but I'd stick to one time a week and you'll also notice you head will feel cooler from that insulating dried on layer of sweat and oil allows your brain to shed heat easier so you'll be more calm.
I studies this a lot and even if it's the leaf it works better more of the active ingredient, and they later found out but didn't change the packaging since that is what the customers were looking for.
Must be nice to be young and just now realizing that evil rules the planet.
I'm far from young and lived for decades in denial rationalizing that I must be mistaken by making an assumption I misunderstood the meaning of what the politicians said and everyone else knew the right answer but myself.
Remember a lot of the stupid bullshit going on is made to look worse than it is, or is made to seem more invasive than it is, on purpose for this very reason. Those perpetrating most of the outrageously annoying crap going on want you to be as angry as possible and to look as crazy as possible. So by being angry you're playing their game.
If you can try channelling that anger, rather than allowing it to explode like it does. Drive it down deep inside and then put it to use, you'll feel better.
I have been having the same problem. I explode at family and coworkers when they cannot see obvious truths or solve simple problems. I don't know what do with all these fucking NPCs around me. Murder comes to mind, but that is just chopping at the branches instead of the roots.
I dont know what to do either. Yes Im angry. No you aren’t alone.
We were too trusting and we were sucker punched by parasitic jews and everyone else in the god damn world
We will have to unite and rebuild a new society that excludes them and it will take time.
Reduce the amount of time you spend on the internet and it will help. There is such a thing as too much redpill.
Big hugs. We are all sympathetic here. You are not alone. Get your shit together and plan and prepare for hard times. White people can do hard times.
Lots of good ideas in this thread. I've got a couple more.
A) You need a primary purpose for your life that you are actively working on. If you have this to focus on, most other things become small in comparison, and it is harder to feel dramatically about them. Who really cares whether Bob from the office can file paperwork correctly or not, when you are planning to train tonight to save the world, for example.
B) Meditation. Of course there's lots of medical literature on the stress reduction effects of meditation, and that's fine. But from an experiential point of view, rather than a clinical one, it can do something much more specific for you.
By the time an emotion drives the action of the average person, the process of that emotion developing and instigating action has been going on for a longer than they were conscious of it. If you do not have a practice that develops certain mental skills, it is likely that you are walking through your day mostly unconscious, and cannot be fully in control of yourself. Your environment will work with your subconscious mind to make all of your choices, and you will feel helpless if you're honest with yourself. But if you are conscious of the whole process, you can intervene at an early stage to guide your mental state somewhere more productive before it becomes an emotion too powerful to stop it from controlling you. Or, at the very least, you will see your slave master forging your chains, and you'll be more rebellious against the whip.
So here's a basic meditation that can help develop this skill:
Sit in a position comfortable enough that your body won't be a distraction, but not so comfortable that you'll fall asleep. I sit without a chairback, and that works for me.
Be aware of whatever thoughts come into your mind. A song, the feeling of an itch, remembering a plan for tomorrow, whatever.
With each thought, notice it, and then let it go. Don't try to force it out of your mind, just stop feeding it energy with your attention. Your job is to become aware of the next thought or sensation that arises.
You will fail at step 3. Over and over again, you will find that a thought has run away with you and become a daydream. Or you will realize that you've been semi-conscious of the song in your head for a while now, never fully recognizing it nor letting it go. This is good. It is an opportunity to become more intentional about your awareness. Recognize the thought, and then go back to letting it go.
Eventually, you will feel like you're getting good at this. Thoughts arise and pass quickly, leaving your consciousness mostly silent. If this happens, you must pay more attention. There is more going on in the mind than we can ever fit into our consciousness. The silence will allow you to notice a deeper level of thoughts, feelings, and sensations that were too subtle to notice before. Half-formed words, the difference between the feeling of your small toe vs. the rest of your foot, the background emotional state that you previously couldn't see was connected to your 2nd grade teacher, etc. Rinse and repeat the process. There's always a deeper level of mind that you can develop awareness in.
If you've never meditated before, I recommend starting at only 2 minutes a day. Build up to at least 10 minutes per day as you get more comfortable with it, although more can be beneficial. A tip for beginners: wondering how long you've been meditating, feeling bored, and those kind of things are thoughts that you can notice and let go of.
