Even though I totally get it. I've been wondering if they've been seeding the idea that we forfeit our cities, abandon them and move into woods as a way to reduce resistance to when they're actually conquered.

I wish I thought there would be any resistance if I stayed. I would stay if I thought that. The people who would resist are too far removed from one another.
If we could concentrate in one area we could at least give a last stand. I think we would be run over or carpet bombed, but we could try.
