Against my advice, my Brother adopted 2 meth babies who had been taken from their mother because, well duh, she was a methy and the second was born with meth in his system. But they didn't listen. Well, now, 10 years later, they are completely out of control, non-stop problems, violence, one set the house on fire and almost burned it down, cleptomaniacs... the list goes on. As of now, ones in Juvie for torching the house, the others in a mental health ward for I dont even know what...

Anyways, they'll probably be returned to the home at some point. And I think they just dont have any structure, discipline, idk. But would shipping them off to a military school instill in them the discipline, sense of purpose, that they supposedly instill? Do they even have military schools anymore? My knowledge on the subject comew from Malcom in the Middle and Major Payne so idk. Advice?

Those kids are very likely unsalvageable.

IQ is 80% heritable. Meth isnt the drug of choice for brilliant people. Time preference is also highly heritable and correlates tightly with self-destructive, impulsive behavior like meth abuse and arson. Personality is also largely fixed by the age of five or so. In other words, both children are likely low IQ psychopaths that your brother was dumb enough to think he could fix with magic dirt.

Life pro tip: psychopathy is incurable.
