Against my advice, my Brother adopted 2 meth babies who had been taken from their mother because, well duh, she was a methy and the second was born with meth in his system. But they didn't listen. Well, now, 10 years later, they are completely out of control, non-stop problems, violence, one set the house on fire and almost burned it down, cleptomaniacs... the list goes on. As of now, ones in Juvie for torching the house, the others in a mental health ward for I dont even know what...

Anyways, they'll probably be returned to the home at some point. And I think they just dont have any structure, discipline, idk. But would shipping them off to a military school instill in them the discipline, sense of purpose, that they supposedly instill? Do they even have military schools anymore? My knowledge on the subject comew from Malcom in the Middle and Major Payne so idk. Advice?

Yeah, he has no money. And like I said, the one that set the house on fire is in Juvie right now. I've been to prison and know that it does jack shit to rehabilitate you. But eventually he will get out. Just trying to find a way to keep him away but maybe help him. They've made it clear they dont want to live there with my brothers family. They've had them since they were like 3mos and 2 years old. I remember seeing the 3mo old go through withdrawls from meth. Now they hate my brothers family and he has 3 other kids now younger than them. And I dont want nothing to happen to the good kids.

Best thing is give them up to the state. They are a lost cause. Hate to be so blunt. If he allows them to come back, it may be extremely dangerous for him, the wife and especially the other kids. These two need professional intervention only the state can provide.

Turn them over then move and hope to God they never return.
