I'm sure everyone here is giving good advice, I would like to add that if you can get farm, open range raised chicken eggs in your area, it's well worth it as they go for not much more than store bought. And real milk, whether it's goats or cows, is a great idea. There's so much more you get out of it if you're keeping that in your diet. Home made yogurt is also another great thing to eat. A lot of people are focused on calories, but keeping great gut heath with beneficial bacteria is very important too.
