I expected this would occur and religious and philosophical exemptions are not applicable. My plan now will be to uproot and leave it all behind and move to a red state that respects personal choice on the matter. Is it feasible to transfer community college course work between state? If that is not an option, what would be viable path besides a 4-year that is not physically taxing?

I am thinking heading to somewhere in TX.

EDIT: Thanks for the advice, I shall figure something out with what I have learned.

Pick a school in a state that added a religious exemption specifically for covid. Find a good letter online for religious exemptions, pre written, change it to your writing style. Never say your refusal has something to do with the vaccine being poison. Send that letter to your university if they mandate the vaccine, say nothing else.

Thanks, I will look up some letters for the future. In CA, it seems they only allow medical exemptions, they do not validate religious or philosophical exemptions. I hear in TX they allow all three.
