Sadly no, this was a woman 50 or older telling the orange county officials I believe how they'll be banned from holding any office or jailed if they do not immediately stop their action. Her hair was white and she had an accent maybe NY or some other rich area and she was fuming. She may have been a lawyer or attorney.
