These nature docs, especially BBC ones, looks so fake to me. Looks like all cgi. I've watched some of these and my BS alarm is going off the whole time. Instead of spending millions waiting for animals to do something noteworthy, I have a feeling they just CGI a lot of it and the peasants just gobble it up.
This doesn't look as bad. Don't know about the penguin Jet engines though...

Real. Real Good! You can make it similar to duck confit, but with penguin and baby seal fat. Meat is succulent and fall-off-the-bone good if cooked in baby seal rendered fat. It has to be baby seal, otherwise it gets gamey. Also, make sure your penguin is young and fresh. The older ones are stringy (too much sinew), but yearling penguins are perfect.
