The wording on the sleeves in general means that "he should leave this space, his term is already over". It's about the change of Chinese constitution, that allowed Xi to stay president for another term, despite the previous wording of the constitution.

Hello my friends, I am here to assist. Where did you find this cartoon? Not from an official CCP newspaper, I think. It will be good for us make a list of international political cartoon sources in order to support our international brothers and sisters against the globalists. The characters on both sleeves are: 任期已满 The characters on the pink book (which are upside-down) are: 看图识字 The characters on the blue of the walker are: 腚于一尊

任期 - term of office 已 - already 满 - expired ("full")

看图识字 - flashcards ("see" "picture" "learn" "word")

腚 means buttocks and is a homonym with 定 定于一尊 - Is an idiomatic phrase that means to settle a question from a single (absolute) authority and to dismiss competing schools of thought. ("fix/determine/decide" "from" "one" "senior/honor/authority")

If anyone here is interested in the study of languages, NLP/brainwashing/sapir-whorf, or constructed languages (conlangs); I invite you to join the Anglish project, which is English minus loanwords from other tongues. For example, "illegal" which is a French word is replaced with "unlawful". https://anglish.fandom.com/wiki/What_is_Anglish%3F
