It's never that simple. Brains like to categorise because it's the only way to cope with the massive amount of data we have to process every day. So even though every object is unique, if it has four legs and is sitty, we categorise it a chair. Same with stereotyping people. But because races overlap in genetic traits you can't make assumptions about an individual based on skin color. Dat rasist. Reality is maybe 50% of black people fit into the white IQ range, but only 20% will be in the middle and above range. Also need to factor only a small percent of a society are criminal, maybe 5-10%. Whether this is the same for all races is unclear but it does seem to correlate with IQ too. So on the face of it, no not all negros suck. The problem is that's at individual level. Someone else on here pointed out that races have a different range of traits they can pass on. IQ being the most obvious. What that means is even if you just take in the high IQ or good boyes, their offspring will still fall randomly within the wider range of bad inherited traits, e.g. lower average IQ associated with their race. It takes thousands of years of selective breeding to change this. So by that measure, yes all negros suck.
