Eugenics can take many forms. It doesn't have to be forced sterilization. Like you said, abolishing welfare would work just as well.
The problem with abolishing welfare is that it generates bad pictures of poor, sick people dying and the Jews will use them against our women to push for leftist policies. We have to figure out a way of stopping the people that are very likely to be dysfunctional adults from being born in the first place. With such measures in place, we can afford welfare for the few unlucky enough to need it.

I posted this interview a couple of comments above. The guy makes a very interesting point about richer people paying for artificially inseminating the best offspring. This might be the only way forward if we want to keep a civil society....
