I think all pure 100% African negroes suck. Their average IQ is about 70 so they are basically monkeys who learned a little bit of talking. Their place is in gated African reservations nowhere near civilization.
The American negroes have a little European admixture that averages at about 25%. That's why you find some smart and successful blacks in America. It's because of their white genes. They are a bad bet though because of the regression to the mean. Smart blacks still look black and will mostly impregnate other blacks having less intelligent children tending towards the mean features of the group (IQ85, aggressive, no planing capacity, etc.). Even if they have kids with a white partner, their part of the genes will still drift towards this lower mean.
I get what you are saying. But the average IQ of American negroes is 85. So the first deviation is one hundred.
But I get it. I live in Philly near the niggers. I cannot stand them. My hatred grows everytime I hear a rap song blasting at all times of the day (sometimes 3 a.m.).

The only sustainable solution is Eugenics. People on welfare, criminals and idiots shouldn't be allowed to have children. Smart and successful people should be encouraged to have large families. We have to find a humane way of achieving this.
Eugenics would work, but right now we are being ruled over by criminals and lunatics. A sane, humane eugenics program could only be put into place by sane people.
We don't need Eugenics. What we need is freedom. Freedom not to pay for welfare.
Everything else will work out.
E: Actually, it will work out like Eugenics without the moral fault of using Eugenics.
