The only sustainable solution is Eugenics. People on welfare, criminals and idiots shouldn't be allowed to have children. Smart and successful people should be encouraged to have large families. We have to find a humane way of achieving this.
Eugenics would work, but right now we are being ruled over by criminals and lunatics. A sane, humane eugenics program could only be put into place by sane people.

Eugenics can take many forms. It doesn't have to be forced sterilization. Like you said, abolishing welfare would work just as well.
The problem with abolishing welfare is that it generates bad pictures of poor, sick people dying and the Jews will use them against our women to push for leftist policies. We have to figure out a way of stopping the people that are very likely to be dysfunctional adults from being born in the first place. With such measures in place, we can afford welfare for the few unlucky enough to need it.
