All good I've never been in a shoot out and don't practice shooting enough. I know to aim center mass...

I was thinking a shot gun that basically knocked the fuck out of people but wouldn't kill. Something stronger then a bean bag round?

Shotguns will kill people, unless you load them with rock salt or some other non-effective pellets. The point is, maybe that non-lethal spray stops the criminal, but maybe it doesn't. And if it doesn't, maybe you are fucked.
