None of them have any clue how, nor any will, to maintain a house and property.

I've watched picturesque suburban neighborhoods turn to straight up "hood" in the span of 25 years. They bus in the niggers from Detroit, put them up in white neighborhoods, years later the structures they occupy are falling apart and crime is high.
