Doesn't happen to people with lots of up votes from previous posts, they can an post as much as they want. Basically it stops and restricts people with unpopular opinions with low points or new accounts aka right wingers from being able to give their opinion.

Level 11, happened to me the past few days, but if I click Post Comment again it goes through right away. Seems like some kind of bandwidth issue in the doomofladgie. Maybe applying some digital oil to the clockworks might set it aright.
