It's called throttling for a reason, sperg. What is better, tying up huge amounts of resources so you can do 100k commits per second, or tying up less resources by stretching that 100k out over a minute?
Processor time, memory, disk overhead, net bandwidth, code execution time, etc all add up. Poal isn't Microsoft, so they don't have a lot of gear. Quit being a faggot.
