I think they do the shootings themselves and drop the nutter in there unconcious or something. Some nutty soyboy or ape is too unreliable. Fucker wakes up with a gun in his hand and no memory of how he got there.

The two main problems with this ubiquitous and recurrent theory:
There is NEVER any good evidence of a real shooting, and plenty of evidence of fake/gay special effects and stage tricks.
Faking a shooting is about one billion times easier than what you said, and creates less liability and risk for the perpetrators
- is false. At least 1 shooting did : the batman one, where a cryptographic expert was hit,
The Bataclan shooting was also fake.
The only picture people refer to from that “shooting” is the one everyone knows, and it’s obviously fake. The “blood” is mopped into the shape of a heart, no detail is seen, it makes no sense that that would be the only picture, it is very low quality, etc.
These are very lazy, low-effort fakes. The power of suggestion is so strong that it takes only a minimal attempt at staging a fake shooting for Americans to talk about how “graphic” it is.
People have and would refer to the photo I mentioned as “graphic” and “shocking.” But the truth is, it’s not. It doesn’t even show anything. It’s your imagination that makes it graphic.
