Think about what it would be like if there was a day without American Blacks.

The problem isn’t that they are too fast, it’s that they drive too slow, while still being reckless. They come to a complete stop to make a turn, creeeeeep over speed bumps like the car will explode and you can see they have zero grasp of how to make split second decisions by processing information as it comes to them. Non-sentient, low-IQ vegetables operating heavy machinery
